What is Academic Excellence? What is Learning?
A very narrow metric, usually based on rote learning capabilities of the students, is used to define academic “success” and “failure” at a very young age for a vast majority of children.
Dr. Bindu Srinath, Founder of Akriti, has made it her life’s ambition to help all children achieve their true potential.
Akriti’s vision - “Every Child Matters”.
Akriti is a holistic learning and remedial center that helps children with learning difficulties (Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Dysgraphia), Autism spectrum, ADD/ADHD, developmental delay and sensory processing.
We are a passionate and dedicated team of special educators, remedial teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, certified yoga instructors and certified Brain Gym instructors who strive to draw out the potential in every child. We provide a safe and inclusive environment open to all children in need of intervention.
Our programmes include BLISS Movement therapy, Early intervention, Remedials, Speech therapy, Subject remediation, Brain Gym and ESL classes. We work in tandem with parents, schools, counsellors and physicians.
As Akriti enters our 5th year, we are proud to have supported and provided intervention to over 150 Children at our center. The trust and confidence that each parent has placed in us has given us the motivation to continuously challenge ourselves to reach the greater heights to do best for our children.
